I'll admit this is their only album that has notable dropoffs but I think the highs absolutely match their first three i.e that ETHEREAL beat on Humble Mumble and the high octane rock energy of Bombs Over Baghdad
I def understand not loving the album regardless since it's a fairly strange direction to take however i.e the higher levels of braggadocia and goofiness+a small dose of straight up rock influence
