Nothing official like but Scott came out as abusing his wife and kids for years (prolly knew that anyway??) and since their official statement theyve not spoke about the band and just carrying on with their side projects.

I feel like the chances of them getting back together are slim to nil, and without Scott I’m not even sure I’d want to see them… but also think I’d pass on seeing them with Scott tbh



He did a terrible thing and put the rest of these guys in a tough spot. I think quietly slipping away is the best thing for the band at this point. I mean all of this came out pre covid, it’s been like 8 years. They should just let sleeping dogs lie imo

Same, It must be fking devastated to have your entire work diminished because of one member. I remember steve saying something along those lines. Neurosis are done. There are people who say it could work without scott but I dont buy that at all , No matter what he did (by all acounts some henious shit) he was a vital part of the band, one of those bands that you cannot take one out of and just replace.

Yeah. Even as somebody that really isn’t familiar with the members aside from Steve, I don’t see this working without him or Scott. From what little I’ve seen it seems like they were the core songwriters, and obv vocals.

theres no actual details, I knew Scott a little bit and have a lot of friends who were real close with him and had been for many a yyear and no one really knows the details, he stopped talking to us all for 2/3 years before it came out and you kinda wanna think it was a misunderstanding or an exaggeration or something but then when you saw the groups press release AND Sanford Parkers it sounds like some bad bad shit. They didnt want it going public initially (the family)so not surprising. Heartbreaking.
