Autechre made a the greatest album ever Tri Repetae. Untilted is above average too. Rest of their LPs and EPs are trash, objectively speaking. Tool is a class above them.

Percussion is for low IQ humanoids, no enlightened musician takes drumming seriously. And even if your point was worth discussing, Autechre's beats are hilariously unfocused for the intelligent listener. Imo they should ditch drum programming altogether, but even then Autechre is no match for Tool, cause Adam Jones creates better vibes with his shitty tunings than they ever could with three hundred synthesizers.
