Kendrick is so locked into the beat all over this album, which he hasn’t really done well in a while

I can appreciate him trying to be super duper current west coast with this record. I just happen to think west coast is the weakest regional sound in US hip hop, stylistically.

The ones I’m really coming back to are Squabble Up, Luther, hey now, reincarnated, gnx and gloria

Album is crazy. On first listen, the first half hits hard. Then the more you listen, the second half starts hitting harder.

I don’t think it’s too crazy to say that reincarnated might be a top 5 Kendrick track for me. Don’t listen to a ton of rap but it’s honestly one of my favorite songs of the year. man at the garden and luther are up there too.

This has the same rating as DAMN. and in my opinion, in comparison to that album it's not even close. This may be a 3 in comparison. DAMN. Is definitely better quality.
