I wonder if this is their last album, or if it will take like another 7 years to get something else

If this grows so far that it becomes my AOTY I'm never beating the Agent Deathbat allegations

I highly doubt it is their last album. Given their material, interviews, and lyrics they all have a pretty clear head on their shoulders. Rev may have been the most legendary and talented member but he also grew up thinking he wouldnt live to 30 because of being born with an enlarged heart and through that embraced drugs a lot more than the other members. I can see A7X becoming a 40 year band but without the member changes those other bands end up experiencing.

Matt’s said there’s a decent chance it’s their last record.

I hope that’s not the case, we’ll see

M Shadows is also best friends with, while being a suspect human being, Chris Jericho the wrestler singer of Fozzy. He has mastered the art of staying relevant and dedicated for 4+ decades and considering how M Shadows already showed dedication and evolution through his craft he has also probably learned all the wisdom Chris Jericho has to offer which entails longevity and creativity and dedication among all other things. Jericho might be a trump supporter but ive never read about another pos who is as wise and hard working as he is.

weird how a below average rock band just has to throw in some random basic effects used ubiquitously in the borrowed genres and everyone goes ZOMG bc its not what the below average rock band usually vomits

@Smok: It's not my fault your genres tend to not emotionally resonate with my mind apart from melodeath and prog-metal (and even then, a lot of prog usually messes around with dumb concepts that don't deal with the existential themes that exist here)

Core has the highest representation of relatable subject matter I've noticed + the vocals deliver it in a way that gets me
