I get that man. I’m stuck at a dead end job atm and my therapist knows I’m looking for a way out, he asked what I would be interested in and I just said “nothing that will ever make me any money.”
It fucking sucks. I hate to be the “oh it’s capitalism!!” guy but that’s it. We’re all just so fucking beat down by this shit that it’s taken those valuable parts of us, the shit that makes you **you**, and now they wanna turn it around to find a way to profit off of it when that shouldn’t be the motivation at all.

That and the fact AI is taking over and replacing human creativity with convenience, hence the abundance of bland soulless "art" nowadays. Its damn near everywhere too, in advertisements especially.
And as lame as it sounds the community here has been a big part of keeping me afloat, and it sucks that so many of my friends left when the staff/mods fallout happened. Pretty bleak out here.
