Not 100% on this, but I had made the conclusion that the remastered version of Satellite Years was a vinyl-only thing. They had announced that all three of their LPs succeeding No Wings would be remastered for their subsequent vinyl releases back in 2017, as a part of their reuniting as a band.

Honestly, owning them all, I wouldn't say the remasters are anything too significant. They sound just a touch cleared up, but for the most part it sounds like the albums were all just tweaked here and there for a more vinyl-oriented listening experience. You're not missing much, even with regards to The Satellite Years.
