This album is kind of weird because it's pretty evenly split between two tiers: an amazing tier and a meh tier.
Amazing: "Smoke Signals", "Motion Sickness", "Funeral", "Scott Street", "Would You Rather", "You Missed My Heart" (basically these songs make up 90% of my enjoyment of the album)
Meh: "Demi Moore", "Killer", "Georgia", "Chelsea"
If everything were as good as the amazing tier this would be a strong 4.5 but as is the meh tier drags it down pretty significantly. If everything else were only as good as those it would be a light 3.

I'm not so confident luci...her subsequent collab efforts have both been fairly middling compared to this. But maybe she just hasn't been bringing her best materila to the table for those releases and is saving the good stuff for her next solo effort.
