I'm not saying he is, I'm just saying it's rumoured he did the drums on Paracletus and Drought. Not totally far fetched, the styles are super similar, and Deathspell don't disclose much information. I wouldn't be surprised.

I think the rumour came about when Merat said in an interview somewhere that he sold his services to a French band. I haven't seen the interview, but that's what I remember someone saying, and then they made the connection that it could be Deathspell since that fits really well.
If anyone does find the interview with him where he says that, that'd be cool
