Oh no. RIP Stuart
Legendary guitarist. His work with COF is untouchable and definitely my favorite cradle guitarist

Only heard the news now, I'm shocked.
He was always my fav C.o.F guitarrist and one of the main songswritters.
There is an awesome and long interview with him on YouTube. You guys should check it out (cannot access the link now).

It is a great interview, I remember listening to it last year and being surprised at how approachable and sociable Stuart was. I guess because the only thing I had seen of him prior was when he was in COF and snarky (which, it wasn't just him, they were all young, dumb, full of piss and vinegar, etc...). He provided some very cool info about his time in the band and just seemed like a very down to earth and cool guy in general.

I've probably said the same shit elsewhere but this album, man. It's fucking savage. I wonder what it would have felt like going from DAHB, one of the greatest BM albums ever, to this. Something totally different in mood and atmosphere, and knowing it's only the band's third full album. Goddamn.
RIP to the man, big fucking props. I discovered this late but I can't go long without spinning it.
(didn't check the date before sending my RIP)

I think i have a change of heart, now i favor the production here a bit more, guitars, keyboard and bass are more prominent and as result it feels more atmospheric which is a big deal for me
