Wonder Years are great this is great yada yada... the whole "unironically" liking a band statement is getting fairly stale, as are these useless tirades of bashing each other's taste in music for liking a specific band. It doesn't validate your tastes are superior to someone else's, it just makes you look like an ass.

oh I have fun I just find the whole bashing each other for their taste in music rather than having rational discussions about the music itself to be tedious. I don't find amusement in it at all. I find it much more entertaining if points are argued with reasons that aren't just along the ones of "your taste is shit, you like (insert band) here".
that type of shit in particular just gets under my skin. It's like high school via the internet and it just pisses me off personally.
