It's not as varied as this but its still got a lot of character. A lot of bands cite these as an influence, but can't think of any of the bat.

I find it odd that this album is so influential yet it has very few likes on Itunes and most people have never heard of this band.

Well, they're influental in hardcore and post-hardcore, so it's not surprising they're mostly unheard of. I'd guess most fans of the genre will have heard their stuff.
