Both really cool. Terra more varied and inconsistent. Link is not much varied but is awesome in narrative. If on From Mars you feel the water, on Link you feel the earth.

It's not near their best song, but anyone who hasn't listened to Terra needs to at least check out In the Forest. Apparently Joe tried to live alone in the forest prior to recording that album, and they wrote a song about it lol.
