Sabotage
SBS
Vol. 4
Honestly Sabotage might reach 3rd for me eventually.

Album Rating: 4.5
Sabotage used to be my least fave but it grew hard. Still prefer the first 3 and SBS though
|
| |
Nero, what would you say gives SBS the edge over Sabotage?

The t/t beats anything off Sabotage, It has their best instrumental in Fluff, and I think the album is just more
consistent as a whole.

Except for "Am I Going Insane (Radio)" I kind of love Sabotage and find it incredibly consistent.
I never understood the hate for "Supertzar"
Plus it has my 2 favorite Sabbath tracks "Thrill of it All" and "Symptom of the Universe"

"The t/t beats anything off Sabotage"
Megalomania, duh
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.5
Its obviously an amazing album, and both Megalomania and Symptom are top 10 Sabbath. Supertzar does
indeed rule.
Its kinda pointless arguing over which 4.5 is better than another though.

Am I Going Insane (Radio) is least strong on Sabotage, but enjoyable.

Megalomania comes very close to it MSLG

Never really gave Sabotage much of a chance tbqh. Love this album, though.

"Thrill of it All" is honestly my favorite Sabbath song. A great riff plus perfect lyrics.
Won't you help me Mr. Jesus, won't you tell me if you can?
When you see this world we live in, do you still believe in Man?
If my songs become my freedom, and my freedom turns to gold
Then I'll ask the final question, if the answer could be sold
@danny: yah, I don't hate (Radio), it's just weaker.

Do you even Into the Void, bruv?
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.5
Sabotage is easily the most underrated of the first 6, because some people think its the start of the decline when its really just the end of the golden run

Album Rating: 5.0
To me, Sabotage summarizes Sabbath's two sides perfectly, the first side, being more heavy and doomy which
is found in the band's first 3 albums and the second side being more progressive.

Sabotage was the last really memorable Sabbath album (MINUS Heaven and Hell/Mob Rules, obvs)

"Do you even Into the Void, bruv?"
"Into the Void" is pretty great, but it was never my favorite on Master of Reality. I specifically
like "Lord of This World" and "After Forever" more than it.
Sputnik's obsession over it is kind of puzzling to me since it doesn't even make my top 10.

Yeah TE was a big step down.
|

Lord of this World rules hard and is my 2nd fave off MoR.
After Forever is sweet, but is prob one of my least faves on there. To each their own ofc.
