it is slightly inferior but only because tdag was a masterpiece. daisy is totally different but still amazing

One of those albums that suffers from comparison to the preceding album when it shares little stylistic similarity to the preceding album. The band isn't failing at recreating Devil and God so much as they are succeeding at the raw, grittier feel they achieve here. Lyrically it's a step down, but musically it's nearly as cathartic in an entirely new way
