That's what i thought Mordecai. It's a high 3.5... Enough to make my top 25 of 2009.

Maybe one day I'll write a review drunk. Then again, if I did that for Airbourne, the rating may have jumped up significantly.

As opposed to a Def Leppard review where the rating would remain exactly the same.

No... It would be dufficult to take in all of Def Leppard's intricacies while drunk.

I hear that Doug's vocals are off live, still would love to see them live. Something about that song though that gets me, very few songs make my spine tingle and that's one of them. Opening guitar riff reminds me of U2's "The Streets Have No Name" and just has an "Edge" like sound to it.

There is definitely a lot of The Edge's influence in their guitar-work.

As with all singers that utilize a high falsetto, Dougy is apparently very inconsistent live... When he hits his notes, he sounds great... When he doesn't hit them; not so great.

The Passion Pit lead singer were similar when I saw them earlier this year.

Definitely worth a look-see. They're not exactly the best live band in the world, but it's still catchy as hell.
