It's just tarnished by a near equal amount of mid songs. It did take me a long time to realize just how many great songs there actually are:

Half of the rest have great moments, the other half are just bad. But the initial bunch plus a few of the other decent ones can easily fill one album.

yeah those are all definitely the good ones, barring the 2nd viva la gloria which I've always thought was just alright (even then tho its definitely not in the tier of the worst here lmao). my list would def have peacemaker and east jesus nowhere tho since those are my top two on the album. not sure what else would make a hypothetical tracklist off the top of my head since I haven't jammed in forever, but I dig the b side hearts collide a lot since its just excessive harmonies nonstop lol
id probably put american eulogy in that tier had bja not taken some uh creative liberties with a word he's not allowed to say, bc the mike dirnt vocals on it rock and its got some bounce and energy to it. one of the first albums I ever loved as a kid tho so that means I've gone through the experience of falling out of love with the majority of it. lot of songs on it I adored when I was younger that I think are either boring or hard to stomach now

Lmao saw these guys live with Weezer an Fall Out Boy a few years ago and it was awesome tbh. Never been a huge fan of any of those bands but it was a damn good time.
