you have to invest more energy into the process. if you really enjoy making / producing music for the intrinsic value of doing it then regardless of the reception you get you're not at a loss. obviously it would be nice to get some positive reception for it though, but you'd have to know how polluted of an assessment that would be on this site unless you managed to release it on an alt account without anyone realizing it. but the logic of 'if everyone will hate it it'd be better to never have released it' is nonsense. you have to take that risk to accrue the criticism necessary to improve. either way you will have to face dealing with scathing reception..
