I’m very very serious about Radiohead
|
| |
I don’t even listen to them anymore but I feel very strongly and opinionated and there is little to no room for dissent on the matter

The whole progression of Lotus Flower is perfection. It's like Kid-A and In Rainbows era Radiohead had a baby, and this song was born. The lyrics are also really interesting.

This album keeps ascending the rankings.

It has to stop ascending at one point though. It has the charm of being an underdog, with some great tracks (lotus flower is awesome indeed), but will it surpass kid a? Or even amnesiac/httt? I don’t think so. And there’s no way it’ll rank higher than the basement edition imo. It can still challenge moon/pool, that’s reasonable.

I don't think Kid A, but certainly on the level of (or above) Amnesiac for me. They both have similar atmospheres. If Feral were on Amnesiac, for example, y'all would be praising it.

I’d never rate limbs above thieves, but there’s no point in arguing about that. What’s sputcore btw? A secret society?
