Fuck dude after a long day at work I have to come home to this shit… But no, because I refuse to be a normal “LA fan” I sat through and watched the game.
Takeaway: Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are god damned unstoppable.
It’s hard to just brush this off as “rust” or “hangover” or justify it as being week one. There are some legitimate hair raising questions that I have: 1) Wtf on the offensive line? Stafford got sacked seven times. To put that into perspective, he got sacked thirty-one times the entire season last year. 2) How come Cam Akers played all of three snaps and got LESS RUSHING YARDS THAN MATTHEW STAFFORD? 3) How is it humanly possible that my team is paying Allen Robinson 15 mil a year for his debut to consist of one reception for twelve yards? 4) Is Jalen done? I mean he must have just played the worst game of his career.
I’m glad Kupp got thirteen receptions and 128 yards or whatever it was, but you can’t win games with one stellar receiver…

I hope y’all have better luck with your teams on Sunday. Sincerely. That was a joke.

Yeah Ramsey looked cooked all game, constant blunders. Robinson didn’t get numbers because the passing game never really got off the ground due to a faulty o-line. I trust the Rams will turn it around but damn that game was lopsided

Bad OLine and perhaps a lack of chemistry. Without an All-22 look to check out, I'm not sure if Robinson just wasn't getting open or Stafford simply doesn't trust anyone else on that offense/will only default to Kupp no matter what. I think losing Big Whit hurt a lot, Miller was working pretty easily and I don't think Andrew loses those reps.
I think the big thing really is the effect of having an elite pass rusher; you've got to concentrate on Von, which opens the door for other rushers to feast. Big man #97 walked away with two sacks himself I think, the entire line was getting some great pressure throughout.
A big narrative should also be on the lack of success off of turnovers; they got several and went practically nowhere with them. The rushing game being *that* awful doesn't help.
All that being said... the Bills are a Superbowl favorite not just because of hype, but because their roster is menacing, and this is without their star CB active. It's also Week 1, so let's be mindful of potentially overreacting. Lot of teams come out cold and get better over the course of the season.

Yeah I have now slept and have a better outlook on life. Also watched the press conference with McVay and Stafford and McVay went out and admitted that they were just not prepared for the game and the Bills definitely were prepared.
Another big factor is that they didn’t blitz Stafford the entire game, which was his bread and butter last year, so their pass rush just worked a weak O-Line and they did heavy zone coverage the entire game.
I’m sure the Rams offense will play much better as the season progresses, but man that o-line scares me.

Yeah Von Miller terrorized that game. Once they get Tredavious White back, their defense is going to be nuts. Coupled with their insane offense, they are going to dominate. Just have to clean up the fumbles. Last nights game should have ended 44-10

Yeah the Bills are ridiculous.
Today sucked lol. A ton of my coworkers who are Niners fans were making jabs all day. And then the media storm connected to the whole “RAMS ARE DONE THEY SUCK NOW” thing was a bit irritating too.
Whatever… Falcons next week, I’ll take that W…
