Worst is when part of a discography is missing

Spotify is way better it just is. Playlists, recommendations are all sick. Lesser known shit is on Spotify meanwhile I remmeber not finding small bands on Apple Music.

I have never searched for something and not found it on Apple Music. And they have recommended playlists too, which seem fine for me. I don't really use it that often though. Pretty much make my own playlists. The only playlists that I add from there are the Lofi hip hop ones for when I'm going to sleep or working.

If its any consolation Bandit, they have pretty much everything else possible besides the ones we mentioned haha.
Spotify is good for finding new stuff, but the interface looks like absolute trash these days. Like why the hell are the track/artist names on the bottom left of the screen instead of centered?

Yeah I gotchu. I think I'll stand pat right now, but I'm open to being sold on a better way to get my tunes lol. Just doesn't feel like there's enough added benefit to make it worth it for me right now.

Other than a few fringe scenarios, Spotify has had everything I have searched for and I'm pretty sure the one's they didn't were copyright issues. Plus every Thursday at 12AM EST is like a weekly ritual for me (Release Radar).
With that said, Spotify is the world's greatest collection of music that they don't want you to listen to because organizing songs is AWFUL. Somehow my Winamp skin in like 2004 could organize music better than Spotify. You have to make an individual playlist for every album. If I'm in the car just fucking forget about trying to navigate anything. I'd probably die if I tried to switch around artists in the car because it's so convoluted.
Literally all I want is an iTunes/Poweramp way to scroll through artists and navigate through their disco in a simple way. Something media players have done for 20 years.

Their Discover Weekly playlists are great but yeah manually having to search for stuff constantly is annoying. Most convenient way I've found to keep stuff organized is to follow all the bands you listen to so it's saved in Your Library. Just takes 2 clicks to get there

When it keeps playing similar music to whatever album just ended, it's actually really impressive. I was listening to pg.lost and it started jamming *shels. That aspect is pretty great.

"Concept of Dreaming by Volumes :["
Not to mention the original versions of their first two albums which are both better than the remasters. That shit still pisses me off.

This could be my album of the year. It's either this or Seahaven

I haven't been following the scene but the band that everyone compared to old Northlane got a vocalist named Marcus after their second album? What are the odds...

This is coo
Sounds like they might just be a smidge familiar with Erra

Yea they're for sure influenced by them, they've toured together and Jesse is on a song from the debut haha. Once you're done with this I suggest checking the first two because as good as this is, I think the first two are on another level

this is some really good shit w a lot of potential to grow. need to spend more time with it and ia's discog in general but this was def strong enough to make me want to spend more time with them. cool to hear a band like this staying strong even after a vocalist change too

You have no idea how anxious I was when Ben left man lmao, every prior time a vocalist for a band in this scene left it made the band ten times worse. Marcus is such a good fit for the band
