another very solid record from thrice, probably their weakest since identity crisis but i still round up to a 4. some very good moments on here.

Pretty much agreed, although it's maybe above M/M and Alchemy III/IV. It's definitely a peak/dip album, but there are no outright bad songs.

Hurricane was incredible live. Some of the songs they played when i caught them live (Blood on the sand, stay with me) translated better than in the studio

Each band that played werer fantastic live. Probably enjoyed la dispute's set the least because they played NOTHING from somewhere at the bottom of the river

I like La Dispute, so I was happy about it, but they in no way fit as an opening act for Thrice imo. I noticed a lot of Thrice fans unhappy about them opening.

i feel la dispute shouldn't really open for any band. they divide opinions so vastly and those who dig them would probably always wanna see a full set by them so when they're the opening act it's either that you hate them or you're left wanting to hear more
