I'm done with this, I've got better things to do
This is a great album no matter how different it sounds than their past albums.

I've listened to this new album from BMTH a few times now, maybe 3, and I've gotten 3 different reactions from it. The first time I didn't like it, the second time I thought it was okay cause maybe I heard my technicalities in the music, and the 3rd time I like it a little more. It's a far cry from their other stuff in terms of sound, but I think it's beautiful in its own way. They are too talented and too good at crafting songs for me to completely disregard this album as too poppy sounding or too simplistic. I guess I just hear more in the music when I listen to BMTH than other bands. I think the background music, electronics, and rhythms really make this album "good". I don't mean to sound like several people on here who say it's incredible. Maybe they hear that, but I don't think it's incredible, so simply put: I'll say that it's a Good record. Different for them, but different in a good way too. They could have pulled a Black Keys and really shit the bed for their latest album (2 different genres, I know), I'm just saying. I think Doomed, Throne, Run, and Drown are really special songs. And the other ones, I don't wanna say are filler but they just don't standout to me as much at this point. Not yet at least. What You Need and Oh No are growing on me. There's a lot of beauty on this record, I can't deny in...no matter how different it sounds than their previous records.

Nah, dude. It's cool. Just as a new user, if you posts blocks of text like that, you're more than likely going to be ignored. I'm not trying to tell you not to discuss music. Please do.

How much do we have to pretend we all get along before it turns into a violent but casually arousing orgy?

I've done my review on RockSins, it'll probably go online tomorrow. I decided to give it a 6.8/10 in the end. Album flow and the lack of overall energy in it drags it down. I feel that if they'd got the track order right it could've scored higher as the tracks may have felt better in a different context within the album, but there we go.
