I was reading into the translated lyrics to Rammstein’s song Sonne and thought the lyrics were beautiful in how odd and almost apocalyptic they were. Then I found out it was written for some German boxer and the lyrics referring to punching someone with fists like the sun make a lot more sense and I’m very disappointed. Ruins my initial interpretation that it was about a drug overdose from my impression of the music video too
