I say their debut is their best hands down, but Wrongdoers has some of their catchiest material. im loving every bit of it.

I've had the CD a couple of days, listened twice thus far.

1st listen I'd have rated a 3 or a 3.5 at most.

2nd maybe a 4.

This one is a grower for me, much like the final release from Underoath. May well become my go to NJ album (which is currently the awesome 'Meridional')

I still only listened to half of this once. I'll listen to the album in probably 6 months and be like omg it really is a 4/5

Their last album had loads of christian lyrics, what are you talking about?

Yeah, I wasn't sure myself if this band was still even christian, not that I really care either way. I've only looked at the lyrics for a few songs thus far, didn't really see any religious references, but then again I wasn't looking for them.

I just didn't see this album having as much religious influence as the rest

First words spoken at the beginning of the video for "If You Got It At 5" are "I hear restraining orders are pretty big deal" lol

last album is more religion influenced than this one for sure but sword in mouth is a direct reference

to the angel that guards the guarden of eden in the bible

Deathbed Atheist is about a man who is atheist his whole life and sure there is no God and as he is on his death bed, he becomes terrified and accepts God so that he will be saved

Some of the language used in Revelation 1 is also used in Revelation 19 to describe the Rider on the White Horse. In both places he has a sword coming out of his mouth (1:16 and 19:15) and has "eyes like blazing fire" (1:14 and 19:12).

I was just saying the subject matter of this album is a bit too hurt and bitter about the collapse of a relationship to worry too much about Christian themes. Haven't heard anything in it that would deter an avid atheist. I'm not trying to say they're non-religious, religion just isn't very prevalent on this album.

That's exactly what I got from that song as well

I definitely agree about the lack of religious tones on this album though most of the lyrics are rather vague
