I dig nomeansno, haven't explored their catalog though. nation of ulysses was too average for me. I

mean, it's strikingly obvious that refused ripped them off in a glossier, much catchier sheen, but it

just did not dig it that much.



I'm guilty of never listening to unwound though, which ought to be rectified!

Like I said, it's okay to simply do what many others have done and just call it "shit", I just pointed out that it simply inspired discussions with a bit more substance and after I pointed that out, many rose to the occasion and began trading opinions back-and-forth.



Like I have also stated multiple times, I totally see where the criticism is coming from and why this album won't appeal to everyone.

conversation and sounds elitist in nature.

the reasons people don't like this vary from the production, the vocals, the boring instrumentals, or the fact that this is so much worse than FH that it's not even funny. all of those reasons have been acknowledged multiple times in this 34 page thread so saying the same things over and over again seems pretty pointless

i will reiterate tho, the production sucks the album sucks the vocals suck the instrumentals suck but there are like 2 good songs, hence the 2.5 and not a 1
