Because this isn't great compared to the rest of their discography. It's like half the users just discovered the band and I know how it feels when you come across that first Converge record that clicks. With me, it was Axe to Fall after years of trying to figure out the hype.



This is doing nothing for me, feels like editing room floor scraps from Axe to Fall sessions. I was looking forward to them pushing the boundaries a bit but I feel they just totally fucked off in the studio. There's still some really awesome "moments" on this but on the whole, more or less the same but with a lack of compassion.
