@Ecnal you can't rate anything that has a 4.3 + a certain amount of votes lower than a 2. To prevent troll rating or something. Even with this trick you can't sadly---so you have to write a review or settle for a 2

lol Ecnal I wonder although I think the equivalent would be 1.7 (0.7 greater than the min, just like 4.3 is 0.7 fewer than the max). But lol either way they should put that in place but I doubt that bad albums reach that many votes (except like maybe Lulu or St. Anger)

@minty I get that reaction, I had it too. Then I realize it doesn't really make sense. Why would they put into place this rule so elitists can circlejerk? I'm pretty sure it was a response to a legitimate problem---probably mass troll 1ing of OK Computer or something in 2006 when Jom and Willie weren't even staff, let alone mods, (and presumably there weren't many mods)
