I can’t believe it took me until this year for me to hop aboard

The first time I listened to this was during a walk in the park last summer when it was 90 degrees F outside and I wanted to die.

For me was literally yesterday taking off from LA in the pacific sunset and then finishing it later when we landed back home in Chicago. Was magical

I need to stop listening to potentially life-changing albums during shitty circumstances, lol.

For me it's cloudbusting. such a simple song that builds up to be this ray of light that's beamed right into my brain, releasing all available dopamine at once

That song is dead gorgeous, I def think the opener is best here though "Jig of Life" does me in everytime, so damn fun

well, it could be said it fits quite well into the scheme of the "Hounds of Love" portion of the album but its no more poppier than the title cut, really lol (just a touch louder then anything else on the album, but not as dense as Waking the Witch, which is my favorite from "The Ninth Wave")

Omg yeah Big Sky is up there too. For sure.

Confession time: I know Running Up That Hill from jamming the Within Temptation cover all the time in secondary school. Oooh yeeaah.

NEver heard that one!

And oh yeah Waking the Witch is soooooooo good. So freaky but emotional. Reminds me of The Trail from The Wall a bit
