Funny you say that because I loved Jay when he was the bassist and thought his live screams were great. I'd stopped listening to anything new from BFMV long before 2015 but I was still sad when he left.

I didn't know they had a bassist change, but I remember seeing older live videos back in the day and the bassist was amazing there too. I just assumed it was the same guy.

Obviously got a lot of nostalgia for some of these classic songs, especially Tears Don't Fall, Hit the Floor and All these Things I Hate. Rest of the album therefore wasn't as impactful on first listen for me but its still a pretty solid metalcore album with some great guitar work and some emo influences. Hope the vocals will improve as they mature in their discography cause they are by far the weakest element here.

Also, Tears Don't Fall, Hit the Floor, and All These Things I Hate are the 3 weakest songs here IMO. Lol. The rest of the album smacks so much harder than those 3.

Tears don't Fall is goated AF but I agree with LightandGlass in regards to Hit the floor and All these things I hate.



Her Voice, Tears, t/t, Room 409 and 10 Years today are my favourite tracks here.
