How can some body rate these guys a 1 at least give them a damn 4. Just because the band doesn't want to scream and sing like little pussy biches anymore, (ya thats right i said pussy little biches) its for the better. Come on think nobody can be what Metallica was, and in my opinion these guys were really tring to hard to be something there not. Come on an Asian screaming........just dont go along (and im Asian, no lie). What I am trying to get acrossed is that screaming is out deep distored singing is in. So dont be saying that these guys new album sucked, because the the truth is the guitar has goten better, the harmonizing has got great, and the vocals rock..............so just let these guy sing and play how they want to, with out so called fans discrediting them.

The funnier thing is that that post he made is in fact a sound-off for The Crusade. He mentioned something about no screaming, which is (sadly) used in this album.

I actually do like this album... some friends showed me Trivium and i grew to the vocals that he had. I can see why others don't like his voice... seeing as he doesn't say many of the words in his songs... ie. 2nd song on the album, when he says PULL HARDER STRINGS MARTYR... he likes to leave out words like 'the... and on' and other words that might need to be added in. but i definitely digged this album, but hated the 3rd album.This Message Edited On 02.07.07

I also noticed he has a tendency to write a chorus, one verse, and maybe a bridge and repeat them all about seven times per song. Lather, rinse, repeat for about half the album.

This is excellent metal. Its just a shame they made it before the Crusade. The Crusade wouldn't of sounded so lame if it was made before this I think
