Because it's a one hour album with virtually no filler that mixed genres like rock, punk, ska, jazz, rockabilly like never before, and its influence on the 80s was monumental. Nevermind that the political lyrics hit Britain like the perfect storm.



Even non-rock artists cite it as an inspiration, like Chuck D, M.I.A, etc.
