"first of all, bungalow bill and piggies are killer"
Yes, especially Bill. The smoothness of the transition between chorus and verse is so good

John and Yoko's Unfinished Music albums are just Revolution 9 stretched to feature length, so we should talk about those

Also they're a lot better than Revolution 9 and John Lennon has a much nicer ass

“Also they're a lot better than Revolution 9”
Disagreeeeeeeeeeeee
Revolution 9 is useless but Two Virgins is fucking bad and Life with the Lions is unlistenable. Haven’t heard Wedding Album yet

You didn't give your opinion of lennon's ass so I'll assume you agree with me on that front

Revolution 9 is fucking horrendous but it means nothing in the grander scheme of things. Band was a one off and best ever, Lennon is a true icon, everything else is meaningless.

Piggies is probably my least favorite. But it's surrounded by classics, so you don't really notice its mediocrity.
|
| |
its one of the weaker tracks but its closing harmonies are hauntingly powerful. like that last track on the wall by pink floyd
the regal arrangement fits the setting too.
