Well no band is more deserving of an AI review than this so kudos

Haha, agreed. I’ve edited my review, removing all the guff

gonna be honest, didnt hate this as much as i thought i would. its a weird comment to say charlie saves this considering its his vision, so maybe its more accurate to say his vocals save it. this is basically the best possible sleep token-ish album thanks to charlie's emotive and passinate vocals and some decent song ideas, even if the overall vision, song-writing and musical approach is pretty trash. it feels aimed at 14 year olds, maybe it is, and thats OK, but lets not pretend otherwise

Not gonna neg or give you a hard time because of the AI thing, as having limited time to create when you want to is something I can definitely relate to… but yeah, I’m sorry my guy no one wants to read it if it’s got AI in there - it’s called ‘slop’ for a reason.

Who said Charlie saves this? I guess the swearing might be for 14 year olds

Is there a standout single for this pile of poop. That way i can say i tried something from it
|
| |
Idk I vibed with the first three tracks a bit, pick at random.
|

Trying it now
I expect vitriolic hatred
Eh: So far its just vanilla pop rock. Nothing to hate but nothing to love (for me). Nothing that makes me believe the media circus this band is

This album is a bit weird, not sure if that's in a good way or a bad way yet.

Doom Loop is great though

I would have a lot less feelings about this band if the magazines didnt invade my feeds telling me they where the best thing ever and the next BIG thing. Without that contextual background noise its just some hard pop rock with maybe a breakdown and harsh vox

More like working 24/7. Intriguing band and album to say the least, but my opinion on it could still go either way.
Cover art Viva La Vida's hard.

there's so much genuine music out there. this auto-tuned gimmick crap isn't it.
|

Cookie-cutter popcore just like so many other trendy Tik Tok bands. Charlie could do so much better.

Pretty hard to ignore this band when the music industry is pushing them into everyone’s faces with relentless ads on social media and playing festivals before releasing any type of music
|
| |
It's honestly a miracle, I haven't seen a single social media post about this album so far on metal media.. maybe the world is healing?
|
| |
maybe the album isn't considered metal
I'd hope for both options at once

Just seen even the lyrics written on CD booklet are AI generated and incorrect lol. I know it’s a one man band (with members from his other band and family member too), but that’s quite shocking
