There's a decent EP here, but these pop/glitch junk tracks just aren't it. Pretty disappointed in this. Even the experimentation on offer comes off as half-baked ideas. For a musician who seems to value a wall of sound, the electronic stuff feels barren and repetitive; like a scratch track that you're demoing to figure out what else it needs.

I will say, the bad stuff on this is badd with two Ds. "Jeanet" is a track you sit with for about a week before you delete it along with the Fruity Loops trial that just expired.

I'm fully willing to chalk this up to the fact that I'm not super familiar with Lantlos' discography, but I'm doing my first listen of this right now and I honestly don't hate it. At least haven't gotten to anything distractingly bad or grating.
