Think I settled on a 4 for this. I know it doesn't have the peaks of past efforts, but it's still consistently good and SSPU are a band I've enjoyed since their inception.

Really enjoying Interrobangs, any particular recommended LP to start with to discover this band?

id go in LP order tbh
if you're more just looking for their sound in a nutshell Carnavas or Swoon -> Neck of the Woods or Better Nature -> Physical Thrills should suffice.
goated band, if you like Interrobang, you'll probs love Carnavas

^^^this, pretty much

so I tried PT first and it sounded like a completely different band. I then went with Carnavas and it was fine but didn't quite scratch that itch

I've always found that whatever your introduction to a band is typically resonates the most. I got into these guys around Swoon/Neck of the Woods and I still find those to be unmatched (although PT comes damn close!)

Witness Mark and Interrobang are my personal highlights, but there are no real stinkers
Even Wakey Wakey which I thought was pretty bad, well, I don't mind it now, I enjoy some of its guitar work

Check out swoon. It’s easily their best. Every song on it is a banger. If it was released in the 90’s we’d be worshipping it as one of the GOAT rock albums.

Coming around to this one finally, really enjoyed Au Revoir Reservoir (go Nicki!), but I'm on Witness Mark now and I really hope this picks up.
Opener is great too, love this mf's voice.
And yeah Swoon is their best, in before Conmaniac comes to debate me as always that is Carnavas.

Carnavas and Swoon are both amazing.

This is one of those albums I enjoy while I'm listening to it, but have to remind myself to return to. It doesn't really have much of a gravitational pull. That said, this is very solid if par for the course SSPU.
