first spin, thought the best tracks were all the ones out as singles + ghost. Opal actually stands up as the best of the 'softer' songs with a banging climax. Self Remote Control kinda sticks out like a sore thumb and not in a good way. i will say considering how long the process for this album took it is very cohesive outside SRC. just first thoughts tho, will be listening to a lot im sure

Solid, solid album. I actually dig how out the box "Remote Self Control" is, considering how everything else is pretty consistent in pace and style. "Opal" is simply brilliant, probably my favorite at first impression but I need more listens.
This album is more line with Sound Awake for sure, but I hear some Themata in the choruses and little moments here and there.
