Was better doing Immortal worship on the last album I can already tell. No oomph to the guitars or orchestrations at all.

Yeah and outside of the title track(s) this was kind of boring because flaccid instruments.

This album is weird, it interchanges between interesting and intriguing post punk and rock infused black metal parts and the worst of half assed 90s melo black on the other side. Like a bad Dimmu borgir clone plagued with a weak sound. Like hecate enthroned or some shit like that. Half assed in the sense of heavy guitars but too oversahdowed by keyboards to have any dynamics, heaviness or aggression. And keyboards that want to sound epic or symphonic but sounding like 10 bucks casio junk.
