This world is not my home is probably the most impactful this band has ever felt to me. Overall the album goes a bit too heavy on the sludge side, compared to Pathos, which had some more diverse touches on the songs themselves. But the tops in this are enough to keep me coming back

For me this one doesn't click as consistently as Mire and, to a lesser extent, Pathos did. The lyrical themes are a bit corny and I think their experiment with what is almost a folks-y clean style doesn't quite work...

Listened to this twice earlier, yeh these guys are so good the riffs are crushing and it's packed full of them. All Apart, No Warmth, Hang them and Foreclosure are the early highlights.
Thinking a 4 or 4.5
