Megadeth are IMO 20x better than Metallica was, especially their first tow albums. My favorite thrash is Testament though.

Its not perfect, but damn some of these riffs really have stood the test of time! 15 years since its release and this debut still sounds as fresh and enticing as when Alexi and co. first laid his finger on the fretboard.
