I think there’s an actual reason. I asked when I saw them a couple years ago and the guy is as awkward as they come (fuck, I get that) but it came down to needing a Floyd rose and a second guitar? Idk enough about guitarring to know if that’s legit or not but he seemed sincere about it, not like they just didn't feel like playing it. Looked at their newer setlists and that seems to still be the case
