While the kid is young we're just holidaying there every year as it's where we know which makes it easy. Climate is incredible.
That run was at about 4:30pm so probably a bit too hot but I loved it, I used to run every other day when I'd visit there ten/fifteen years ago. I'd fully recover in 48 hours, now I'll start piling up the issues if I run that regular, even with stretching/using a roller etc.

I just run to obscene drum and bass. 180bpm is a good pace for me to keep my feet in time with the music.
I gave this album a shot and yeah, it was pretty much what i thought it'd be. Cool production and tiring vocals. I can see how if you were into it, you'd love it though.
