I've listened to The Dark Hereafter and The Reckoning Dawn before - liked them but didn't really love them. This though...this is on a whole new level for me here. I can't quite put my finger on why, but I'm gonna do some digging into their past and see what I find.
Seeing them live tonight with Wormwitch & Bizarrekult, should be good fun.

Enjoy the gig, sounds awesome!
For me The Dark Hereafter was a bit short on total content, The Reckoning Dawn had a few very memorable tracks as well as being great overall
This is as a whole the most complete of the mentioned three

So the gig was awesome, bought this album on vinyl and ended up meeting two of the band (Chris & Mark), Roman from Bizzarekult and one of his touring band members (I think his name was Fredrik?) for a few drinks after.

I was quite drunk so memory is quite hazy, but I remember Chris putting almost no effort into those rapsy, vicious vocals live. Almost like he was just casually talking into the mic. Surprised me.

The clean vocals on In Silent Grace remind me of another band I’ve jammed this year, but I can’t remember who- Hail Spirit Noir, Dodheimsgard, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum? Anybody know who I’m thinking if??
