Shocked how much I liked it on first listen. Suddenly it seems like the answer for this band after so many missteps was very simple.

God forbid the rest of us have some fun lmao those first two sentences reek of as much pretension as you accuse corgan of. Yall are one and the same

no offense, but you should definitely listen to some more music, especially from the previous century

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness was their last great album. Adore was pretty decent and Machina was listenable. I haven’t been a big fan of anything since, but I look forward to hearing Agorhi Mohri Mei.

Today I learned that Y2K killed drum production

@GhostShelter To me the toms and snare both sound perfect, and I wonder what snare he is using nowadays. I know he used to play Sakae before they went under, but they did resurrect and start making snares again so I wonder if he is using one of them.

Why do I have to be the first person that comes in here and says war dreams of itself goes incredibly hard? Probably my favorite track on this thing

Edin has been my fave since first spin, and I’ve listened through the album maybe a half dozen times or so.
