I too thought they had a generic sound initially until I gave it time and realized no one else really sounded like this before whirr. not saying they're revolutionary in shoegaze or anything, but this band just makes me feel a certain way other shoegaze bands don't. also very much recommend their EP "Around"

Shoegaze is slowing growing into one of my favorite genres. My wife actually got me into it. She's not really into the harsh metal stuff and I struggle with the sappier stuff. Shoegaze strikes the perfect balance of melody and intensity. Can't get enough of it.
