He isnt seeking a public comeback and the story is already out there. His doctor is in prison. His doctor moved in several years ago and was pumping laughing gas into kanye every couple hours and charging him 100k everytime. His doctor moved into kanyes house and traveled with him everywhere to be able to make the 100k multiple times a day. Kanye has to take responsibility of course but the law has already decided he was being taking advantage of and constantly drugged several years lately.

Kanye has always been doing LA shows each album release so yeah the new concerts are not indicatove of anything. LA crowds are basically hometown shows for kanye in the 2020s so that means nothing about a public comeback.
