This sound fun to me and unlike some over me, I like the Tool-ish/Voivod vibe. At the same time , Sputnik users has either an hard on on Tool or pure hate.
And people finding this repetitive ? I guess so a little bit, but I wouldnt suggest them to listen to most stoner rock albums who are the same song/riffs over and over again or most Hardcore album, or almost all thrash metal band for that matter. For me this show variance
It is always funny to me how musical taste is so subjective .

Yup, this really isn’t repetitive considering the genres involved - hence people also mentioning chop n’ change’y stuff like Voivod in the same breath
Some of the vocals/silly bits remind me of Clutch in a good way too
