What the hell are you talking about?!
It has lyrics of course. Here they go:

Oh strange beautiful grass of green
with your majestic silken scenes
Your mysterious mountains
I wish to see closer
May I land my kinky machine

Although your world wonders me
with your majestic superior cackling hen
Your people I do not understand
So to you I wish to put an end
And you'll never hear surf music again

Fantastic album, a real classic
I have a really gorgeous poster of the green super psychedelic cover, but on my CD the cover is Hendrix with his arms open over the band, wats up with that?

Good review, I'm also glad that you pointed out how underrated Mitch Mitchell is.

it was his live performances that really stuck out to me.. i learned a lot of his songs, the studio versions, on guitar.. and i was like, thats really not that diffictult... then i saw him live at woodstock... i was blown away. if you havent seen that.. check it out, that whole movie is awsome. but yeah, awsome cd, amazing musician.. jimi will be a legend forever.. poeple will still listen to him in another 50 years..

I've got the extra track album and it's sooo cool. From the heavy rockers to phsycadelic songs Jimi is on top form. His style of rock is so different from anyone else, what a ledgend.

I really enjoy this album and it has my favorite Hendrix song ("Are You Experienced?"). "Purple Haze" and "Fire" put me to sleep though, they just lack the emotion and feeling that he gets in his other tracks.

good review, but I also agree with RNR. May This Be Love is definately a 5/5. One of Hendrix's more different pieces

My second favorite Hendrix release. This gets an extra .5 for influence alone. Awesome album.
