new ep is big sucky

This band hasn't made anything worthwhile in like 10 years

Every time I see this band pop up with a new track on my feed I momentarily mistake them with Athletics for some reason. The rate at which I go from thrilled to instantly disappointed..

Just skimmed the title track, of course it had gang vocals in the background right away. You can read a song almost instantly when that happens, just standard popcore. And the vocals seem pretty limp at first. Might give this a shot anyway, I'm not a stranger to the streamlined core stuff but it has to be at least a little bit interesting.
