*11… I think?

to be fair they must be a pretty functional, yet unremarkable beast on the whole

Enjoyed a lot, sounds like classic ambient Eno. Really unfortunate that he's been battling all these illnesses, just found out about that. They did a great piece on him on NPR I heard yesterday morning.

it’s dope that, like his famous Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence costar, he got one out just as the buzzer was sounding. Swish

This album just got me by the guts. Im normally not the type of person that is gonna get sadness by listening to an album but this one did it. Also sorry for bumping this and my bad english

For me, The songs before 20220202 feels like he is alone and try to minimize the suffering through the music playing and letting us know that this is not going all too well with the breathing.

20220202 feel like the realisation that he is gonna die and composing an elegy, a lamentation for that situation.

20220207, some of the elongated electronic like sounds (that could be similar to the BIIIP you hear an hospital (as an ex nurse I always dreaded that sound) (I know it is not that but it evocated that clearly in me) just made me feel bad for him .

20220214 feels like an enlightement , like he reached an higher understanding of his situation. Knowing there is probably nothing he can do

Everything following that feels like he knows that he is gotta try to put as much energy as possible in the pieces he is playing as a liberation, an homage to himself, but also that the health problems are getting worse with some of those minor chords

Maybe Im overthinking this, but damn that album got me by the feels. It is certainly a very good ambient piece without the context, but damn the feels

Edit: I want to give this more but I feel like this is maybe just not gonna stay this way with more listens
